Engaging children with nature, the outdoors and food
Take one girl, a handful of Australian gum nuts, pods and seed heads, some glitter glue and you’ve the perfect recipe for some fun and funky Christmas craft. Why not spend an afternoon hunting for some Banksia seed heads or other found objects from nature and encourage your child to have a go themselves? They make a sweet gift, a fun table arrangement or an ornament for your Christmas tree.
